Ground — $7.75 Priority Mail Flat Rate

I will ship on regular business days during the week, Monday through Friday, however, I will not ship on weekends or holidays.  Please understand that there may be delays in receiving your items in the case of inclement weather, material demand, mail carrier delays, and/or product demand.  Please allow for 4-6 weeks shipping time.  At this time, I am currently making all items by myself, so it does take some time for me to personally prepare and make your items.  I may be able to ship earlier depending on the demand of an item.  If you require any special shipping and handling requirements, please email me at hellosewlsister@gmail.com for further details. 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Please be mindful that each and every item is carefully hand-made.  There will be differences in buttons used, thread used, or type of material used.  No two are alike, and you are truly receiving a unique item in every purchase you make!  

Please email me at hellosewlsister@gmail.com for any damaged or torn items you may have received.  Due to the nature of the items purchased and because they are custom-made and created on demand, I can not issue refunds. I will gladly exchange the item with a suitable replacement if you so choose.
